1. Shipping Destinations

Oceana Oasis currently ships to select destinations worldwide.

If your location is unavailable during checkout, please contact our support team at support@oceanaoasis.com for assistance.

2. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Oceana Oasis cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@oceanaoasis.com.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Oceana Oasis is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@oceanaoasis.com.

While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the processing stage.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final drop-off

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional information

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Oceana Oasis has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
